Can you explain section 3 of the Terms of Service? This paragraph concerns us.
By submitting Content to Uploadcare for inclusion on your Website, you grant Uploadcare a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your account. If you delete Content, Uploadcare will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Website, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.
The first part grants us permission to distribute your files and their derivatives via CDN. I.e. this is required to provide our CDN service, distribute your content to your users.
The second part is related to the fact that cached content is not purged immediately. It takes some time to physically remove content from our infrastructure.
